Josselis Cotto is our Director of Patient Services. She has 17 years of healthcare experience in specialty pharmacy and home infusion. Prior to joining Medix Infusion, she held roles in AmerisourceBergen, Advanced Infusion Care, and Talis Healthcare. As a Patient Access Director, she managed document coordinators, Intake, insurance verification, authorization, co-pay and financial assistance specialists. She also created and effectively implemented a variety of process improvements that resulted in increased efficiency and patient satisfaction, a reduction in revenue loss, and minimized employee turnover rates. Her commitment, experience, support, and honesty have all helped to create successful teams and streamline processes. She values helping others and creating an environment that fosters positive change.

Josselis has a bachelor’s degree in biology and an MBA focusing on strategic leadership. When not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
