Andrew Bidinotto serves as the Vice President of Patient Services.  A pharmacist by trade, Andrew is a proven healthcare leader with 25 years of experience driving results and delivering the highest quality service and productivity, raising our customers’ expectations.  Andrew’s key focus is putting the patient first.

In partnership with the executive management team, he creates strategic initiatives and tactically executes them to support the organization’s mission and goals.  Prior to his role at Medix, Andrew held leadership roles in multiple fortune 10 companies leading efforts in operations, clinical professional practice, and process improvement in Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Services, PBM, and Home Delivery Pharmacy.  He is a results-driven leader utilizing data analytics, collaboration, and building teams to outperform expectations.  Utilizing his past research and teaching experience at the university level, Andrew enjoys mentoring, coaching, and building the bench of leadership.  His mottos include “Make Each Day Count” and “Achieve the Possible”.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Ohio State University.  He also has a Master’s Degree in Cell Biology, Bachelor’s Degrees in Biology and Chemistry, and has completed doctoral research in Immunology and Pharmacology.  He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Julianne, and loves the outdoors and traveling.  If he is not on a golf course, you may find him immersing himself in his latest passion, learning to play the electric guitar.
