Before joining Medix Infusion, Carmine served as Vice President and General Manager of Omnicell’s Specialty Pharmacy Division, where he led the integration and expansion of ReCept Pharmacy. Under his leadership, the business delivered strong year‑over‑year growth and introduced innovative service offerings that generated substantial recurring revenue.
Previously, as CEO and President of ReCept Pharmacy, Carmine transformed the organization from a regional provider into a national market leader.
