Adam Myers, Pharm.D., serves as Director of Pharmacy Operations for Medix Infusion, where he leads the organization’s pharmacy operations strategy, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and quality initiatives. He oversees pharmacy operations, workflow optimization, Pharmacy clinical and quality, and team development to support exceptional patient care and the company’s continued growth.

Adam brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, and sterile and non-sterile compounding. Throughout his career, he has successfully transformed pharmacy operations by improving efficiency, strengthening regulatory compliance, expanding market access, and building high-performing teams. His accomplishments include scaling a specialty pharmacy startup into a large scale nationally recognized specialty pharmacy organization, expanding pharmacy licensure across all 50 states, and earning the gold standard in accreditations including URAC, ACHC, NABP, and The Joint Commission.

Prior to joining Medix Infusion, Adam held executive leadership positions with Basic Home Infusion, Genefic Specialty Pharmacy, and owned and operated with his partners Fast Access Specialty Therapeutics. A licensed pharmacist with a strong operational and strategic background, Adam partners across the organization to develop scalable solutions that improve performance, enhance quality, and expand patient access. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and maintains pharmacist licensure in Texas and numerous other states.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, Adam is passionate about developing high-performing teams and advancing innovative pharmacy practices that support Medix Infusion’s mission of delivering exceptional ambulatory infusion and specialty pharmacy care.
