Juliana “Jules” DeFrancis serves as Senior Vice President of Managed Care & Manufacturer Relations for Medix Infusion, where she leads the company’s enterprise managed care and manufacturer strategy. She oversees payer contracting, pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships, reimbursement strategy, credentialing, and market access initiatives that strengthen Medix Infusion’s competitive position and support continued national growth.

Jules is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, managed care, and pharmaceutical manufacturer relations. She has built a strong reputation for negotiating complex payer and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) agreements, developing strategic manufacturer partnerships, optimizing reimbursement performance, and expanding patient access through innovative contracting strategies.

Before joining Medix Infusion, Jules held executive leadership roles with Lyceum Health, Blue Sky Specialty Pharmacy, and Senderra Rx Pharmacy, where she led managed care and manufacturer relations during periods of significant growth. A registered nurse by training, she combines clinical expertise with commercial leadership to develop strategies that improve patient access while driving organizational performance.

Jules also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) and is Co-Chair of the organization’s Customer Experience Committee, helping advance innovation and best practices across the specialty pharmacy industry.
