Jessica is a seasoned HR leader and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Medix Infusion.  As the Company’s CHRO, Jessica supports the Company’s goals through developing and executing on strategies to foster and retain human capital.  In doing so, Jessica is responsible for leading the Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Engagement and Development, and the Talent Acquisition teams.

Prior to joining Medix Infusion, Jessica lead HR and Talent functions in Fortune 500 companies and industry leading organizations in healthcare, pharmacy, and logistics within the United States, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirates. With a career in Human Resources leadership spanning over 25 years, she prides herself on her ability to nurture and develop talent while driving essential growth and development initiatives, building and maintaining scalable HR, Talent, and L&D departments.

Jessica acquired expertise in people operations as a human capital leader for the US Postal Service, Supreme Logistics, BriovaRx, and OptumRx, and as the CHRO for AppianRx, Asenda Health, and PT Solutions. In addition to her professional success, Jessica is a US Army veteran who was awarded the Army Commendation Medal three times for sustained acts of meritorious service. Jessica has an MBA from Waynesburg University and is an HCRI certified Global Professional in Human Resources.
