Laura Wilson is our Vice President of Clinical Operations. Laura brings extensive leadership experience and a deep expertise in multi-site operations, quality management, compliance, and business development.

Since beginning her career in home-based care, Laura has held various clinical and regional leadership roles in national, regional, and affiliated hospitals across the United States. Laura comes to us from Mission Healthcare, where she was the Regional Vice President for Home Health. Her background includes work with a variety of post-acute services including home health, hospice, infusion, and physician practice management. Laura is a frequent industry speaker on quality, leadership, sales, and customer experience.

Laura is committed to advancing our clinical capabilities and delivering exceptional patient care. She currently resides in Arizona with her two cats and enjoys traveling, sailing, motorcycle riding, painting, and reading in her free time.
