Neil Davis
Director of Patient Retention and Support

Neil Davis strives to make a difference every day by providing optimal care and service to patients through innovation, process improvement and elevating department performance.   He utilizes analytical data strategies to build communication ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, simplified procedures, and concise communication allowing patients, internal teams, and vendors continued excellence.

Neil is a seasoned professional with 20 years of expertise in healthcare from industry leaders including McKesson, Walgreens, and Amerisource Bergen.  He has a varied background including Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Care focusing on Oncology, Infertility, Biologics, and multiple specialty programs.  His experience has expanded through his various roles including patient advocate, sales support, supervisor, manager and now as a director for Medix Infusion.  In these roles he has gained an in-depth knowledge working directly with patients, payors, manufacturers, accreditors, and internal customers to build relationships and develop successful strategies to drive growth.

He has a true passion for healthcare and the ability to provide solutions that impact people by giving them a positive experience during potentially difficult circumstances.   Neil also strives to make a difference for his team by giving them the best opportunities for success and growth and believes these are the key elements to making a difference in the company every day.

Outside of the office Neil has many interests.  He is close to completing his Personal Pilot program, trains and spoils four beautiful parrots, enjoys scuba diving, loves to support the Dallas Stars hockey team, learning new skills, exploring, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
