Throughout his nearly 30-year career in accounting, auditing, and financial planning and analysis, Paul has excelled in creating the financial rigor necessary to fuel rapid growth in privately-held, PE and VC-backed companies. He has established a reputation for building brilliant teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support organizational strategy and execution.

Paul serves as CFO of Medix Infusion and brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, essential in establishing Medix as a leader of technology-enabled, infusion providers focused on underserved patients. Paul joins a seasoned leadership team with his extensive strategic financial and operational expertise, demonstrated in full P&L management, M&A activity including due diligence and integration, global revenue cycle management, customer sales, strategic vendor and banking relationship management and organizational growth.

Before joining Medix Infusion, Paul held previous CFO roles with Empirian Health, ResMan and T-System, Inc., a leading provider of gold-standard ER documentation and clinical coding software and services for hospitals and clinics throughout the U.S. With responsibility for the overall financial strategy and direction at T-System, Paul guided the controller, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions, to ultimately complete a $200M exit with the venture group of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. in 2017.

Prior to T-System, Inc., Paul held finance and business development leadership roles with various organizations, including the American Heart Association and API Healthcare.

Paul holds a BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas and resides in Flower Mound, TX with his family. He is an active member of several financial institutions and has served as Treasurer for the Denton Kappa Sigma Education Foundation.
