Pavlos “Pav” Pavlidis serves as Medix Infusion’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Pav is an accomplished and proven healthcare industry executive with 30+ years’ experience delivering profitability, best in class results, and market share in both Fortune 10, as well as Private Equity backed organizations.

In partnership with the executive management team, Pav creates innovative strategies based on novel, forward-thinking approaches in support of the organization’s mission and goals. Pav’s strategy execution has always led to exceptional service and successful financial and operational outcomes. Prior to the role at Medix, Pav held several increasing responsibility roles in general management and operations in Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Services, Infusion, Biotechnology, and PBM, consistently delivering exponential growth. He is known for being achievement-focused, eager to react, results-driven, and his complex analytical and organizational skills result in innovative and successful outcomes.

Pav is skilled in developing, coaching, and mentoring strong leadership teams and has been recognized on multiple occasions for his ability to successfully impact organizational cultures while increasing profitability.

Pav received his BS in Pharmacy from Ohio State University. When not focused on improving patient outcomes, Pav loves spending time with his wife Meltem and their kids Tatianna and Paleologos and watching the OSU Buckeyes.
