Stacy Decell, our Director of Front-End Operations, is an established nurse whose goal is to ensure our elite patient care remains top priority. She is a collaborative communicator who builds long lasting partnerships and streamlines processes.  Stacy has experience as an adept leader, maintaining program resources, data analytics, and profitability analysis to drive success within the organization.

She brings to Medix 20 years of healthcare experience, the first 10 years spent working at a level 1 trauma hospital in Dallas, in the Neuro ICU and post-surgical unit. The second 10 years were spent in outpatient services ranging from Home Health to Infusion Pharmacy; working as an Intake Coordinator, Clinical Support Nurse, Case Manager, and Patient Access Manager.

Stacy earned her ASN with honors from Mountain View Community College, and a summa cum laude BSN from Texas Tech. She also has plans to further her education in the future.

Outside of her professional life, Stacy focuses on her husband and two young children. They enjoy anything that consists of family time, country living, and jiu-jitsu. She also loves crafting, baking, watching hockey, traveling, days by the pool, and scuba diving.
